Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and incorporate vintage or previously owned components.

Handmade and Vintage Characteristics

Because our creations frequently feature reclaimed and vintage materials, items may display natural signs of age, patina, minor surface wear, variations in finish, or characteristics of handmade construction.

These qualities contribute to each item's individuality and are not necessarily defects.

Brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Products incorporating repurposed components are independently assembled or modified by Laura's Charmageddon unless otherwise stated.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

Laura's Charmageddon LLC reserves the right to accept or decline orders for legitimate business reasons, subject to applicable law.

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance and successfully process payment.

Please review your selections, shipping address, and order information before submitting.

Because many items are individually made or one-of-a-kind, cancellation requests may not be accommodated once processing or preparation begins.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided during checkout and arrange an appropriate refund.

All orders are subject to our published Refund Policy.

Custom Designs

Custom design inquiries are requests for consideration and do not constitute confirmed orders.

If a custom request is accepted, we will provide the proposed design details, pricing, estimated completion timeline, and payment arrangements.

When applicable, a 50% deposit may be required before custom work begins. Any deposit terms, cancellation conditions, and remaining balance requirements will be disclosed before payment.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed and confirmed during checkout, subject to correction of errors as permitted by law.

Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be calculated or displayed during checkout.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions, including expiration dates, exclusions, or restrictions on combining discounts.

Customers agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and represent that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported third-party payment providers.

We do not guarantee the availability or approval of any particular payment or financing option.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Laura's Charmageddon LLC generally prepares orders for shipment within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Standard shipping is currently $8 per order, unless a different shipping rate or promotional offer is displayed at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
